GIFT VOUCHERS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. The expiry date is cleary written on your voucher. You may use your voucher on treatments or the wide selction of gifts within the salon, or on both if you so wish.  

We advise you to book your appointment at least 4-6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. If you do not attend your appointment your voucher will be cancelled to cover the cost of your allocated treatment time.

Full vouchers or partly used vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. If you wish to extend your voucher beyond the expiry date an appropriate fee will be charged as stated below, this is non negotiable.

EXTENDED GIFT VOUCHER POLICY EFFECTIVE 1.4.09

Although we cannot make it clearer some people unfortunately do not book their treatments in advance which we cannot take responsibilty for.

You may extend your voucher beyond the expiry date with an extended expiry fee which will be taken off your voucher:

Up to 1 month after expiry you will be charged £10.00

Up to 2 months after expiry you will be charged £15.00

Up to 3 months after expiry you will be charged £20.00

After these extended terms you will not be able to use your voucher as six months have passed since the initial voucher was purchased. Example: you were given a Manicure voucher (worth £20) if you phone after the expiry date within first month of initial expiry you will be charged £10.00 thus losing 50% of the original value of your voucher.

We hope that this will encourage you to use your voucher before the expiry date to receive the full amount of your voucher. Someone has taken the time and care to purchase your voucher, all we ask is you do not hide your voucher in a drawer and to book ahead to enjoy your full voucher without having to pay the expiry charge.

 

UNDER 16

We do have a policy of treating clients under the age of 16 for certain treatments, at the discretion of the salon. Parents must attend the first appointment to give written parental consent via salon consultation. Upon which the salon will decide if the treatment is appropriate.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please arrive on time for your allocated treatment time. We understand appointments cannot always be kept but if you have to cancel 24 hours notice would be much appreciated. If you do not arrive for your appointment regrettably we will have to charge the full cost of your treatment as a missed appointment. If payment is via voucher the voucher will be cancelled. A non-refundable deposit maybe required for certain lengthy treatments or block bookings.

Please be aware if you arrive late for your treatment, we may need to reduce your treatment time in order to keep the following clients appointment time, although the full treatment cost will apply. Very late arrival may mean your treatment may not be possible.

 

CLIENT COURTESY

Due to the nature of our treatments and for the relaxation of clients we advise that you don't bring children with you whilst attending your appointments. Also to the courtesy of yourself and other clients we advise that you turn of mobile phones before entering the salon and during your treatment.
